- Activities: New posts received that match the relevant topics for the selected stream. For social account streams, mentions include posts created by the account or posts tagging the account; for query streams, mentions include any posts that match the query keyword rules.
- Interactions:
Any user activity on a post, including likes, comments, shares, or retweets. Interactions can be viewed using two criteria:- Based on mention time: Total interactions (comments, retweets, likes) received on mentions within the specified time frame.
- Based on interaction time: Total interactions (comments and retweets) recorded during the defined time frame.
- Conversations:
The total number of mentions that received at least one interaction. - People Engaged:
The number of unique users who mentioned or interacted with the selected streams. - Engagement Rate:
The ratio of the number of conversations divided by the number of new posts. - Possible Impressions:
The sum of the followers of those who posted or interacted with the content, plus the followers of those users.
Average Calculation:
- Average Mentions Per Day: Total mentions divided by the number of days in the selected time frame.
- Maximum Number of Mentions: The highest mention count observed and the corresponding date.
- Total Mentions: The overall number of mentions during the monitored period.
Notes:
- For a query stream, comments are retrieved only if they match the query keywords.
- Social account streams include all interactions created by the user or the brand.
