Push Notifications:
- For every alert you enable, you will receive a push notification along with an in-app notification providing further details.
- To ensure notifications are received, go to your phone’s Settings → Notifications → Crowd Intelligence and enable notifications.
- The push notification displays the “Alert Name”; tap it to open the detailed alert view.
How Mobile Alerts Work:
- Mobile alerts are designed to help you respond quickly—whether detecting a crisis, monitoring viral content, or spotting influencer activity.
- The mobile app uses alerts already set up on your dashboard, so there is no need to recreate them.
- You can view all alerts across accessible dashboards and choose which ones to receive on your mobile versus by email.
- Important: If an alert is deleted from your dashboard, previous alerts sent to your app will no longer be accessible.
Managing Mobile Alerts:
- Open the Settings tab in your mobile app.
- Tap Alert Settings.
- Preview all alerts available for your account.
- Toggle subscriptions on or off as needed.
- You’re all set!
