What are Mobile Feeds?
Mobile feeds work much like Facebook’s news feed, keeping you up-to-date with all the mentions related to your monitored topics while you’re on the go. In the mobile app, you can control how mentions are sorted and apply various filters (by date, sentiment, location, etc.) so you can quickly drill down into specific timeframes or segments.
Additional Details:
- Feeds Composition: Mobile feeds combine selected streams and applied filters to deliver a customized view of activities that match your use case. For example, if you wish to track negative mentions about your brand, you can create a feed that includes your desired social accounts along with filters such as “Exclude brand’s post” and “Sentiment = Negative.”
- Filters Are Optional: You can initially view all activities from a social account (including competitors) and then apply filters later as needed.
