Date Range:
- Feeds show data for as long as your streams have been active on Crowd Intelligence.
- The default date range is set to “Last 7 Days.”
- To change it, tap the date filter to open the calendar and select the desired range.
Sorting Options:
Feeds are sorted by default based on recency (newest mentions first), but you can choose from these options:
- Most Recent: Newest activities appear on top.
- Oldest: Oldest activities appear on top.
- Most Interactions: Activities with the highest interaction count appear first.
- Least Interactions: Activities with the lowest interaction count appear first.
- Changing the sorting order for one feed does not affect others.
Filters on Feeds:
- The mobile app supports a full range of Crowd Intelligence filters. Simply select the filters you want and tap Show Results; the feed will update accordingly.
