How Far Back Can I Go Historically

The Historical Feature on the Crowd Intelligence platform is currently available for Twitter and web data only.

You can access Twitter historical data as far back as 2006.
You can access web historical data for the previous two years.

To enable historical search for Twitter or the web, please contact your dedicated Client Experience manager to upgrade your subscription package to include this feature.
