Set up a Keyword Spotlight Alert to monitor mentions of a new product or campaign keyword across social media platforms.
Steps to Create a Keyword Spotlight Alert:
- Go to Notify Hub:
From your Dashboard’s left-side menu, select Notify Hub → Alerts. - Click New Alert:
Click the New Alert button. - Select Keyword Spotlight:
Choose Keyword Spotlight from the list of alert types. - Enter Alert Details:
- Alert Name: Provide a descriptive name (e.g., “Product X Keyword Alert”).
- Keywords: Enter the specific keyword(s) you want to monitor.
- Choose Streams:
Select the stream(s) to be monitored. - (Optional) Apply Filters:
Apply any additional filters for more precise targeting. - Enter Email Addresses:
Specify the email address(es) for notifications. - Click Save:
