There are two types of streams: Social Account and Query.
- A Social Account Stream is used to monitor social accounts (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn).
- A Query Stream is used to monitor specific topics using keywords and hashtag searches.
What is Stream Information:
On your Dashboard Settings, you can find the name of your stream and the date and time of creation. This information shows you when you started monitoring the specified social account or topic.
What is a Stream Category:
When creating a new stream, you need to define the Stream Category. This categorizes the account you will be monitoring and helps organize your streams while unlocking certain Crowd Analyzer filters. The available categories are:
- Brand: You can monitor your brand.
- Competitors: You can monitor your competitors.
- Market Research: You can monitor a topic or a trend.
