Filters can be created and saved for future use on any Crowd Intelligence platform page. You have two options to save a filter:
- Create New Filter from the Dropdown:
If you’ve built a filter on a page and wish to save it, choose “create a new filter” from the dropdown menu, type a name for your filter, and click Save. - Create New Filter from the Saved Filter Tab:
Go to the Saved Filter tab under Settings, select “create new filter,” define all the parameters for your filter, and click Save.
To modify a Saved Filter, follow these steps:
- Update an existing filter from the page where you built it by choosing “update existing filter” from the dropdown menu and selecting the filter you want to update.
- Alternatively, go to the Saved Filter tab, click the edit button next to the filter, update the settings, and click Save.
