Once your historical search is complete and you are ready to import the results into your dashboard, follow these steps:
- Click on Import All Activities.
- A window will display your remaining quota and the total count of activities found in the current search.
- If you have sufficient quota, select the stream to which you want to import all activities and click Save.
- Once the data is imported, you will receive an email notification confirming that the data has been fully imported into your dashboard.
- You can then review the data within your Analytics section for the specified time frame.
Notes:
- You can always track your data import status via the Historical Logs page.
- If you do not have sufficient quota, refine your search or contact your Client Experience manager for assistance.
- The import duration depends on the volume of activities; smaller imports may take a few minutes, while larger imports may take several hours. Always check your email for a confirmation once the import is complete.
