The Crowd Intelligence platform provides you with an overview of top social media accounts that have interacted with your monitored streams. These influencers are selected based on the following four criteria:
- By Followers: Ranking social media accounts by the highest number of followers among those that have posted on the specific topic.
- By Activity: Ranking accounts based on the number of original posts made on the topic.
- By Interactions Received: Ranking accounts based on the number of interactions (including retweets) their posts receive.
- By Influencer Score: Ranking based on an influencer score that takes into account the influencer’s number of followers, number of activities, and number of interactions received.
To view influencers in a stream, follow these steps:
- On your Dashboard, go to Analytics and select Overview from the left-side menu.
- Choose your stream and time frame from the Streams and Date options, then click Apply.
- Choose your preferred Social Network from the available options.
- You can find it in the Top Contributors chart.
Notes:
- The influencer score is calculated using the formula:
Average rank = (followers rank + interactions rank + interactions/post rank) / 3. - You can export the top 100 influencers’ data by selecting Export All from the top right of your display screen and choosing the desired format (Excel or CSV).
