The Activities tab is located at the left side tab of your Dashboard and acts like your inbox. Here, you can archive and sort your mentions, and more. It is also the only place where you can view the origin of each mention. Remember to always specify the time frame by selecting your start and end dates, then clicking Apply.
To view the mentions, follow these steps:
- From this page you can browse all the mentions in your streams.
- At the top of the page, an additional sorting option allows you to sort your mentions by:
- Create Time Descending: From newest to oldest.
- Create Time Ascending: From oldest to newest.
- Interactions Count Descending: From the highest to lowest number of interactions.
- Interactions Count Ascending: From the lowest to highest number of interactions.
- You can also sort your mentions by applying filters such as Network, Language, Dialect, Gender, etc., or by using pre-existing Saved Filters.
Notes:
- The sorting options for mentions are available on all mention view tabs and apply to the currently viewed data.
