Instagram Social Media Analysis helps you track your Instagram account’s performance in your Workspace. Follow these steps:
- Go to Media Analytics
- Click Media Analytics on the left-side menu in your Workspace.
- Choose Instagram
- At the top of the Media Analytics page, select Instagram.
- Select Date Range
- Pick the start and end dates, then click Apply.
Activity Chart for Instagram
- Posts: The total number of Instagram posts published by the selected account.
- Interactions: The total number of likes and comments.
- Interactions (Mention Time): Counts all likes and comments on posts within the specified timeframe.
- Interactions (Interaction Time): Counts only comments posted during the timeframe, regardless of when the original post was made.
- Followers: Displays both total (net) and new followers/fans.
- Net Followers: Estimate the total followers by checking the last point on the net followers graph.
- New Followers: Shows daily changes in follower count. New Followers=Yesterday’s Followers−Today’s Followers\text{New Followers} = \text{Yesterday’s Followers} – \text{Today’s Followers}New Followers=Yesterday’s Followers−Today’s Followers
- Hashtags:
- Shows the most frequently used hashtags in posts.
- Appears as a word cloud where size/boldness reflects usage frequency.
- Possible Impressions:
- The maximum number of times your content could appear to users.
- Owner Possible Impressions: Calculated by summing the followers of your account’s followers for each new post.
Chart Views & Export:
- Toggle between area or bar charts using the buttons at the top right.
- Export the data as PNG, Excel, or CSV.
