Social Media Analysis allows you to track your Twitter account’s performance through various metrics and charts. To view your Twitter analytics, follow these steps:
- Go to Media Analytics
- In your Workspace, select Media Analytics from the left-side menu.
- Choose Twitter
- At the top of the Media Analytics page, choose Twitter (or any other platform you want to analyze).
- Select Date Range
- Click on the date picker to specify the start and end dates.
- Click Apply to load the data for the chosen period.
Once your Twitter data is loaded, you will see several cards displaying different metrics:
- Activities
- Total Posts: The total number of tweets posted by the account during the selected timeframe.
- Peak Posts: The highest number of tweets on a single day.
- Daily Average: The average number of tweets posted per day.
- User Mentions
- Total Mentions: The total number of times the account was mentioned or tagged.
- Peak Mentions: The highest mentions count on a single day.
- Daily Average: The average mentions per day.
- Interactions
- Total Interactions: The sum of likes, replies (comments), and retweets.
- Peak Interactions: The highest number of interactions on a single day.
- Daily Average: The average interactions per day.
- Net Followers
- Total Followers: The current total follower count.
- You can observe changes day by day to see overall growth or decline.
- New Followers
- Growth Rate: Shows how your follower count has changed over time.
- Calculated as: New Followers=Yesterday’s Followers−Today’s Followers\text{New Followers} = \text{Yesterday’s Followers} – \text{Today’s Followers}New Followers=Yesterday’s Followers−Today’s Followers
- Owner Possible Impressions
- Total Impressions: The potential number of times your tweets could appear to users (based on follower counts).
- Daily Average: The average daily impressions over the selected period.
- Audience Possible Impressions
- Total Impressions: The potential number of times your tweets could appear to users who retweeted or interacted.
- Daily Average: The average daily impressions driven by audience interactions.
Chart Views:
- You can switch between an area chart or a bar chart view by using the buttons at the top right of each card.
- Hover over or click on data points to see detailed daily information.
Export Options:
- Each chart can be exported in PNG, Excel, or CSV format by clicking the export button on the top right of the card.
