Your Profile section in iBeats allows you to manage and update your personal information, profile picture, and account security settings. Follow these instructions to customize your profile and ensure your information is up-to-date.
Accessing the Profile Section
- From the left-side navigation menu, select the Profile icon (person icon).
- This will open the Profile page, displaying your current information and settings.
Updating Personal Information
- Full Name: View and edit your full name by clicking the edit icon next to the name field.
- Mobile Number: To update your mobile number, click the edit icon beside the mobile number field.
- Email Address: Your email address is displayed for reference but cannot be changed in this section. If you need to update it, please contact iBeats support.
Editing Profile Picture
- To update your profile picture, click on the Edit button on the profile picture. This allows you to upload a new image that will be visible across the platform.
Security Settings:
In the Security section, you can update your password to keep your account secure:
- Password: Click the edit icon next to the password field to change your password. Follow the prompts to set a new password, ensuring it meets the security requirements.
Note: You will need the old password to create a new one. If you forgot the old password, please contact iBeats support.
Privacy Information
To protect your identity, some of your account details may be hidden.
- Why is my info hidden? iBeats hides some account details for security purposes, as explained in “Why is my info hidden?” section on the right.
- Editable Details: You can edit your full name, mobile number, and password, while your email remains read-only.
