Conduct an in-depth sentiment analysis on your monitored topics/brands from the Sentiment tab. From this tab, you can view sentiment analytics based on your preferred metrics.
Sentiment Overview displays sentiment analysis in two compatible and clickable charts:
- Pie Chart: Provides a generalized demonstration of the three sentiments (Negative, Positive, and Neutral).
- Bar Chart: Offers a detailed demonstration by showing daily sentiment analysis. You can navigate through the bar chart to view detailed sentiment numbers for each day. Clicking on any sentiment at the bottom of the chart will exclude that sentiment, and the data will adjust accordingly.
- Total Sentiment Score: Reflects the average sentiment score of the selected streams over the determined time frame. This score is automatically calculated using the equation:
(Total positive posts – Total negative posts) / (Positive posts + Negative posts).
