Bulk Actions allow you to apply a specific action to multiple mentions simultaneously, saving time when marking mentions as irrelevant, changing sentiment, tagging, etc.
Actions Available via Bulk Actions:
- Change sentiment.
- Change relevancy.
- Change dialect.
- Add tags.
- Remove tags.
How To Use Bulk Actions:
- In the Activities Tab, select Bulk Actions from the mentions view.
- From the drop-down menu, check the box next to Bulk Actions; all mentions on the current page will then be automatically selected.
- Choose the desired action from the list.
- Click Apply.
- Refresh the page to view the changes made.
Notes:
- Bulk actions only apply to the mentions visible on the current page. If you have multiple pages, you will need to apply the action on each page separately.
