What Is Activities Scorecard

Activities Scorecard is an Excel report that can be sent to you on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. It provides detailed data for the captured activities from your predefined streams and time frame, including:

  • Publish Date: The creation date of the mention/comment.
  • Content: The text content of the mention/comment.
  • Post/Comment Type: Indicates whether it is a post or a comment.
  • Stream: The name of the stream the mention/comment belongs to.
  • Network: The source network of the mention/comment.
  • Author Name: The handle of the author (applicable for Twitter, YouTube, or Instagram business accounts).
  • Author Username: The username of the author.
  • URL: A link to the original mention.
  • Hashtags: Hashtags identified in the mention context.
  • Tags: Tags defined by the Crowd Intelligence system based on manual or smart tags.
  • Total Engagement: Total interactions and their breakdown (likes, dislikes, tweets, comments, etc.).
  • Gender: The defined gender (male, female, or business).
  • Location: The country of the mention (if available).
  • Sentiment: The sentiment classification (neutral, positive, or negative).
  • Dialect: For Arabic language, the dialect (Gulf, Egyptian, or Standard).
  • Phone Number: Phone numbers extracted from the mention context.

Notes:

  • For a query stream, all mentions are combined in the first Excel tab, with subsequent tabs breaking down the data by network.
  • Each Excel export is limited to 20,000 rows; if this limit is exceeded, adjust the time frame to ensure the total number of activities does not exceed 20,000 before exporting.
