About the Role
A business development manager is the driving force behind the business growth and expanding. They work with their sales team to encompass not only leveraging their business development acumen but also their deep understanding of brand strategies and technologies.
We are looking for an ambitious and energetic business development manager to help us expand our clientele. You will be at the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.
Responsibilities
The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth by boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients. A team player Selling our products and related services to prospective and existing customers.
• Strategic Vision: Develop the Go to Market strategy and sales strategy & Tools.
• Leadership: Lead, motivate and coaching a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team goals.
• Opportunity Identification: Identify and cultivate new business prospects, forging strong connections and tailoring solutions to meet their needs.
• Operations: Maintain and manage sales pipeline, report sales Performance, and ensure using of sales CRM.
• Financials: Ensure the technical and commercial solution meets the business profitability expectations and meets the Commercial Expectations
• Collaboration: Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless execution of sales initiatives and strategies and fostering a unified and goal-oriented approach.
• Relationships: Cultivate and nurture relationships with customers and key stakeholders, building rapport that solidifies our position in the market.
Who you are.
You are a professional who has a degree in business or marketing with previous working experience in SAAS or other technology industry, you have 7 to 9 years of experience in sales and business development, with at least 3 years of experience in a business development management role.
You are result-oriented with a strategic mindset. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, empowering you to convey complex concepts with clarity and impact.
