• Password: Click the edit icon next to the password field to change your password. Follow the prompts to set a new password, ensuring it meets the security requirements.

Note: You will need the old password to create a new one. If you forgot the old password, please contact iBeats support.

Privacy Information

To protect your identity, some of your account details may be hidden.

• Why is my info hidden? iBeats hides some account details for security purposes, as explained in “Why is my info hidden?” section on the right.
• Editable Details: You can edit your full name, mobile number, and password, while your email remains read-only.
